Coffee, Cake and Commentary

A typical Sunday morning Adult Education class at Christus Victor.

Christus Victor offers two weekly opportunities for Adult Education.

On Sundays at 9:30am adults gather around a table to discuss "Books of the Bible", "World Religions" and various other topics of interest to Christians. All ages are welcome.

On Wednesday mornings, the Pastor leads "Coffee, Cake and Commentary", an informal Bible Study highlighted with coffee and cake. Join us for these lively discussions. All classes are informal and we welcome all questions. Check the Events Calendar for scheduled times.

Sunday School

Welcome to Christus Victor's Sunday School!

Christian Education is offered to ages 3 through adult. Sunday School classes are held on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Each class is taught the same lesson each week with the depth of the lesson varying according to grade level. In addition to weekly classes, our Sunday School students participate in a number of activities throughout the year such as:

Church pageants
Food drives for Victor's Vittles
Advent projects
Easter Egg hunts
Hayrides, Bowling and other social related activities

Our seventh and eighth grade students participate in Confirmation classes (2 years) on Sunday mornings and Monday evenings.

First Holy Communion classes are offered prior to the celebration of Easter. Call the church office for the dates.
